They laughed at us, in the fall of 2008, when my Dad and I decided to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to set up a program that would give all Americans, with just a few dollars, an ability to join us in making a REAL difference in getting people into homes, creating jobs and maybe even making a few dollars for themselves in the process.

Some of my friends actually broke out into hysterics when we told them that we were going to give ALL the profits back to the contributors and guarantee everyone will get at least 80% of their contribution back through FDIC insured certificates of deposit.

But, when we showed them our track record and our plans of rebuilding a multi-family housing project in New Orleans, they starting the ball rolling.

Then in December of 2008, my Dad (James Jameson) died of a heart attack. I was devastated. While I am still in shock and will always miss my Dad, I am more compelled then ever to carry on his dream.  And that’s why I am taking his estate and putting it into what he loved – this country and its people.

Ok, you are probably asking, “That’s all nice, but Why should I do this now?”

If you knew my Dad and all he did for this country. You must also know how much of his time money he has put into community projects, like the one we are working towards in New Orleans. Yes, my Dad was very successful, but anyone that knew him also knew how generous he was.
