Who are we?

A family-owned business with 25 years of experience in property development, construction, project management, finance and business management in property acquisition, refurbishing, tenant leasing and resale.

Why are we doing this?

Americans deserve to be part of something that is great for our country, and answers an important need. We cannot wait for our government to fix everything that needs fixing!  The more people who contribute $25, the more projects we can undertake, thereby creating a greater income stream from which to fund and produce more projects that help more people with their housing needs.  Partnering with the Make it Right Foundation, Brad Pitt, Ellen Degeneres and others are showing their support in worthy rebuilding projects like the one in New Orleans.  We believe, as they do, that it takes the strength and commitment of those of us who can –  to do what’s right for people who can’t.

Our resources, network of contacts, and business strategies provide large scale management of affordable, individual contributions. PLUS - Your contribution stays secure for the entire five year term that it goes to help fund rebuilding projects across the country.

Optimized through economy of scale, we will capitalize on the property values that can be shared equally by all the contributors, while helping people live a better quality of life.
